Capstone Technologies Inc. was incorporated in May 2000. It currently owns and operates the distribution network of the E-Pass System at the South Luzon Expressway, and provides a kiosk managed service network whose core competency is in the management of electronic, web-based transactional applications.

We are the exclusive distributor for dispensing electronic tollway value cards and designated Point of Sale device for all e-Pass products. It was launched in August 2000 and has since acquired 80,000 subscribers as of 31 May 2003.
